What is included in each service
Full groom
This includes:
Spoil your pooch to a relaxing bubble bath, deep cleansing, hydrating double shampoo, body massage, brush, blowdry, nail clip, ear and eyes cleaned, pad trim, hygiene clip, full-body groom, shaping, a spritz of baby powder cologne and a complementary bow.
Puppy groom

This includes:
Treat your puppy to an introductory pamper groom. A gentle bubble bath, puppy shampoo, mild blow-dry, gentle brush, hygiene trim, ear and eye clean, slight tidy up of face, paws and body if needed, a free bow and a spritz of baby powder cologne.
Bath and blowdry

This includes:

Treat your dog to a spruce up in between grooms with a bubble bath, double shampoo, massage, brush out, blowdry, ear and eye clean, nails cut and a spritz of baby powder cologne.
Nail clipping
This includes:
Nails will be wiped cleaned, nails cut and filed.
Add ons, spa treatments and packages
Full strip Off
​
This is when the coat is covered in big tight matts that are close to the roots, which take longer than 15 minutes to remove.

Target de-matting
​
When there are matts in specific areas like under the arms, tummy and tummy. when there are only a few and can be removed.
Dematting
​
When there are a couple of matts dotted around in different places in the coat, ones which can be removed.

Teeth cleaning
​
This includes:
A gentle brush, application of the Tropiclean teeth cleaning gel followed by the Tropiclean fresh teeth and breath mouthwash foam
Deep paw strip
​
This includes:
Paw bath, pad shave, paw trim, fur in-between toes trimmed.
Ear hair removal
This includes:
Ears brushed ear shape trim and tidy up, ear hair removal treatment and the removing of the ear hair inside ear.
Paw and Nose treatment
​
This includes:
A warm foot bath followed by a deep moisturising nose and paw butter treatment will be applied

Coat whitening treatment
​
This includes:
A warm bubble bath, shampoo, whitening treatment, brush, blowdry.
Tear stain removal treatment
​
This includes:
A warm face and other areas which are required wash and soak, tearstain treatment, blowdry, brush, a spritz of baby powder cologne.
Flea treatment
This includes:
flea treatment, flea brush through.
Facial
This includes:
A warm bubble bath, face soak, facial treatment brush, blowdry, a spritz of baby powder cologne.
Basic spa package

Pawdicure
